No nonsense – just the truth
Unclean rooms filled with creepy characters made for an uncomfortable stay. Requests for clean sheets were ignored, and the unsettling atmosphere was palpable. The service felt unprofessional due to language barriers, adding to the overall sense of unwelcomeness. My advice? Look elsewhere. this place isn't worth it.

Not for the faint of heart
The staff was lovely, kind, and helpful, especially Jordyn who was a lifesaver when we were in a tight spot! We had a problem with our room and after explaining it, she moved mountains to get us set up at a nearby hotel, real champion move right there.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The kids loved the spacious room, and the beds were super comfy for a good night's sleep. We appreciated being close to various dining options, which made meal times easy for our large family. The reception was friendly and went out of their way to assist us.
My children wanted more entertainment options during our stay.

Check-in was problematic, as I was given a more expensive room after the one booked was unavailable, which came with a funky smell. The shower faucet didn’t work, and the front desk was unable to assist. The noise level was high due to nearby activities, making it hard to relax. I found better options nearby for a similar price.
